I looked at cell phones since our school does not allow students to have them in school that seems to be a hot topic with our students.
I enjoy looking at the hot topic of the day. The world almanac and maps gives you a huge list of statistics for the area that you are researching. I can see where this would be very handy for social science classes in doing comparisons during different time periods.
Cell phones are definitely a hot topic in schools! Did you notice the Research Tools within the Leading Issue? We've gotten good feedback on those from teachers, especially the "My Analysis" feature. Thanks for your comments, teachercj.
